In case you have any issues with your order please email us at, within 48 hours of receiving your items for eligibility & conditions. 

We will provide you with an exchange or a store credit for items if the items are not worn, damaged or washed, still in their original packaging and the tags are intact.

To get credit for your item, we should be notified of the return within 48 hours of receiving it, and items should be sent to us within 7 days of the receiving them.

Please note that we only offer exchange or store credit for the return.

Personal products such as swimwear, hosiery, lingerie and bodysuits, cannot be exchanged or returned due to sanitary reasons.

Discounted items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.  

If you would like to cancel your order please do so within 24 hours of placing the order.

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.

Shipping costs are non-refundable or eligible for store credit
